- Complaint: A written statement by the plaintiff stating the wrongs allegedly committed by the defendant.
If the railroad labor relations agency fails to eliminate the prohibited practice by conciliation and to obtain voluntary compliance with Alaska Stat. § 42.40.710 – 42.40.890 or before it attempts conciliation, it may serve a copy of the complaint or accusation upon the respondent. The complaint or accusation and the subsequent procedures shall be handled in accordance with the administrative adjudication portion of Alaska Stat. Chapter 44.62 (Administrative Procedure Act).
