35-14-129. Penalty — signing false document. (1) The execution of any document required to be filed with the secretary of state under this part constitutes an affirmation, under the penalties of false swearing, by each person executing the document that the facts stated in the document are true.

- Person: includes a corporation or other entity as well as a natural person. See Montana Code 1-1-201
- Printing: means the act of reproducing a design on a surface by any process. See Montana Code 1-1-203
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Montana Code 1-1-201
(2)The secretary of state shall provide for the printing of a warning to this effect on each form prescribed by the secretary of state under this part.
