No officer of the Department of Corrections, the Department of Human Services or the Oregon Health Authority or officer, employee or other person connected with an institution shall be pecuniarily interested in any contract for supplies or services furnished or rendered to an institution, other than the services of regular employment. Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 179.150
- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
- Institution: means the institutions designated in ORS § 179. See Oregon Statutes 179.010
- Person: includes individuals, corporations, associations, firms, partnerships, limited liability companies and joint stock companies. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
