On or before September 15 of each year, the governing board of each school district shall adopt a resolution to identify, pursuant to Division 9 (commencing with Section 7900) of Title 1 of the Government Code, the estimated appropriations limit for the district for the current fiscal year and the actual appropriations limit for the district for the preceding fiscal year. That resolution shall be adopted at a regular or special meeting of the governing board. Notwithstanding § 7910 of the Government Code, documentation used in the identification of the appropriations limits shall be made available to the public on the date of the meeting.
