Terms Used In Hawaii Revised Statutes 134-2.5
- Chief of police: means the chief of police of the counties of Hawaii, Maui, Kauai, or the city and county of Honolulu. See Hawaii Revised Statutes 134-1
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
