- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
The department may not accept a donation from a person required to provide data under this chapter or from a person or business entity who provides goods or services to the department for compensation.
