- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
A person may not possess a mounted or unmounted head of a bighorn sheep taken in this state unless identification items and tags are attached as prescribed by the commission. The commission may establish fees for tags or other identification items issued under this section.
