- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
No person may bring into this state a bird or animal protected by this code for sale, barter, exchange, or shipment for sale during the open season for that bird or animal except as provided in § 62.026 of this code.
