Terms Used In Indiana Code 24-5-12-24

  • person: means an individual, an incorporated or unincorporated organization or association, or any other legal entity. See Indiana Code 24-5-12-4
  • Statute: A law passed by a legislature.
   Sec. 24. This chapter may not be construed to relieve a person from complying with any other statute or ordinance.
