In the administration of various programs by the Division as provided by law, the Administrator, subject to the approval of the Director, may cooperate, financially or otherwise, and execute contracts or agreements with the Federal Government or any federal department or agency, any other state department or agency, any county, city, public district or political subdivision of this State, any public or private corporation, any natural person, or any group of natural persons, but such cooperation shall not of itself relieve any such cooperator of any responsibility or liability existing under any provision of law.

- Administrator: means the Administrator of the Division. See Nevada Revised Statutes 407.011
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- county: includes Carson City. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.033
- Department: means the State Department of Conservation and Natural Resources. See Nevada Revised Statutes 407.011
- Director: means the Director of the Department. See Nevada Revised Statutes 407.011
- Division: means the Division of State Parks of the Department. See Nevada Revised Statutes 407.011
- person: means a natural person, any form of business or social organization and any other nongovernmental legal entity including, but not limited to, a corporation, partnership, association, trust or unincorporated organization. See Nevada Revised Statutes 0.039
