Any person who provides a sample of breath for an ignition interlock device, with the intent to start a motor vehicle of another and for the purpose of allowing a person required to install an ignition interlock device pursuant to NRS 484C.210 or 484C.460 to avoid providing a sample of his or her breath, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
