Indiana Code 20-23-4-3. “Community school corporation”

Sec. 3. As used in this chapter, “community school corporation” means a school corporation:

(1) proposed to be formed; or

Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
united school corporation: means a school corporation that has territory in two (2) or more adjacent counties. See Indiana Code 20-23-4-9

(2) formed;

under this chapter, including a united school corporation.
