If any orders regarding custody or other parental rights with respect to a minor are in effect at the time of the appointment of a guardian of the minor, the order must refer to the orders and indicate the effect of the appointment on the rights and responsibilities set forth in the orders.

Any schedule of contact must reflect any existing parent-child contact order in effect to the extent reasonably practicable and consistent with the court’s findings or the agreement of the parties.
