Terms Used In Michigan Laws 791.517
- Council: means the correctional officers' training council created under section 3. See Michigan Laws 791.502
The council shall promulgate rules necessary to implement this act pursuant to Act No. 306 of the Public Acts of 1969, as amended, being section 24.201 to 24.315 of the Michigan Compiled Laws.
