Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 44:1-82
- Commissioner: means the Commissioner of Human Services. See New Jersey Statutes 44:1-1
- State: extends to and includes any State, territory or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia and the Canal Zone. See New Jersey Statutes 1:1-2
The commissioner shall keep a complete list of all overseers of the state and furnish a list thereof from time to time, and upon application, to overseers, superintendents and county adjusters.
