- person: includes corporations, companies, associations, societies, firms, partnerships and joint stock companies as well as individuals, unless restricted by the context to an individual as distinguished from a corporate entity or specifically restricted to one or some of the above enumerated synonyms and, when used to designate the owner of property which may be the subject of an offense, includes this State, the United States, any other State of the United States as defined infra and any foreign country or government lawfully owning or possessing property within this State. 8. a. The board may suspend or revoke a license pursuant to the provisions of section 17 of P.L.2009, c.60 (C. 58:10C-17). The board shall establish standards and requirements for the reinstatement of a site remediation professional license that has been suspended or revoked.
b. The board may prohibit any person whose application for an initial license or for a license renewal is denied, or whose license is revoked, from applying for a license for a period of not more than three years. The term during which reapplication is prohibited shall be established as part of the determination of the board in the proceedings concerning the denial or revocation.
