All moneys received by the New Crops Development Board shall be deposited in the Department of Agriculture Service Fund created by ORS § 561.144 (1). All moneys received and so deposited are continuously appropriated to the board to carry out the provisions of ORS § 561.700 to 561.720. [1983 c.501 § 5]
