Except for taxes levied on real or personal property, the Oregon Insurance Guaranty Association shall be exempt from the payment of all fees and taxes levied by this state or by any city, county, district or other political subdivision of this state. [1971 c.616 § 19]
Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 734.670
- City: includes any incorporated village or town. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
- Personal property: All property that is not real property.
