Terms Used In Texas Agriculture Code 147.001
- Livestock: means cattle, horses, mules, asses, sheep, goats, llamas, alpacas, exotic livestock, including elk and elk hybrids, and hogs, unless otherwise defined. See Texas Agriculture Code 1.003
In this chapter:
(1) “Commission merchant” means a livestock commission merchant or a livestock auction commission merchant.
(2) Repealed by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 604, Sec. 5.
