A corporation must approve a voluntary winding up in accordance with Chapter 11, a reinstatement in accordance with § 11.202, a cancellation of an event requiring winding up under § 11.152(a), a revocation of a voluntary decision to wind up in accordance with § 11.151, or a distribution plan in accordance with § 22.305 by complying with the procedures prescribed by this subchapter.
