(a) The commission shall use the criminal history record information obtained under this subchapter only for a purpose authorized by this subchapter.
(b) A court may use the criminal history record information obtained under this subchapter only in the same manner and only to the same extent a court is authorized to use the information under § 1104.409, Estates Code.
