- Signed: includes any symbol executed or adopted by a person with present intention to authenticate a writing. See Texas Government Code 311.005
Before the 30th day before the date set for the hearing, notice of the hearing shall be mailed to the developer who signed the petition and the landowners of all the land in the district and shall be published in a newspaper with general circulation in the county in which the proposed district is located.
