- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
No person may bring into this state any bird or animal protected by this code during the closed season for that bird or animal except as provided by this code.
