Offenses referred to in Subsection
(1) an offense listed in Subsection 77-41-102 (1), (11), or (19) if, at the time of the conviction for the offense, the offender has previously been convicted of an offense listed in Subsection 77-41-102 (1), (11), or (19) or has previously been required to register as a sex offender, kidnap offender, or child abuse offender for an offense committed as a juvenile;

- Child abuse offender: means an individual:(1)(a) who has been convicted in this state of a violation of:(1)(a)(i) aggravated child abuse under Subsection
Utah Code 77-41-102 - Convicted: includes , unless otherwise specified, the period a plea is held in abeyance pursuant to a plea in abeyance agreement as defined in Section
77-2a-1 . See Utah Code 77-41-102- Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.
- Kidnap offender: means an individual, other than a natural parent of the victim:
(11)(a) who has been convicted in this state of a violation of:(11)(a)(i) kidnapping under Subsection76-5-301 (2)(c) or (d);(11)(a)(ii) child kidnapping under SectionUtah Code 77-41-102 - Natural parent: means a minor's biological or adoptive parent, including the minor's noncustodial parent. See Utah Code 77-41-102
- Offender: means a child abuse offender, kidnap offender, or sex offender. See Utah Code 77-41-102
- Register: means to comply with the requirements of this chapter and administrative rules of the department made under this chapter. See Utah Code 77-41-102
- Sex offender: means an individual:
(19)(a) convicted in this state of:(19)(a)(i) a felony or class A misdemeanor violation of enticing a minor under Section76-4-401 ;(19)(a)(ii) sexual exploitation of a vulnerable adult under Section76-5b-202 ;(19)(a)(iii) human trafficking for sexual exploitation under SectionUtah Code 77-41-102 (2) a conviction for a following offense, including attempting, soliciting, or conspiring to commit a felony of:(2)(a) child kidnapping under Section76-5-301.1 , except if the offender is a natural parent of the victim;(2)(b) rape under Section76-5-402 ;(2)(c) rape of a child under Section76-5-402.1 ;(2)(d) object rape under Section76-5-402.2 ;(2)(e) object rape of a child under Section76-5-402.3 ;(2)(f) sodomy on a child under Section76-5-403.1 ;(2)(g) aggravated sexual abuse of a child under Section76-5-404.3 ; or(2)(h) aggravated sexual assault under Section76-5-405 ;(3) human trafficking for sexual exploitation under Section76-5-308.1 ;(4) human trafficking of a child for sexual exploitation under Subsection76-5-308.5 (4)(b);(5) aggravated human trafficking for sexual exploitation under Section76-5-310 ;(6) human trafficking of a vulnerable adult for sexual exploitation under Section76-5-311 ;(7) aggravated kidnapping under Section76-5-302 , except if the offender is a natural parent of the victim;(8) forcible sodomy under Section76-5-403 ;(9) sexual abuse of a child under Section76-5-404.1 ;(10) sexual exploitation of a minor under Section76-5b-201 ;(11) aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor under Section76-5b-201.1 ;(12) aggravated sexual extortion under Subsection76-5b-204 (2)(b); or(13) aggravated exploitation of prostitution under Section76-10-1306 , on or after May 10, 2011; or(14) a felony violation of enticing a minor under Section76-4-401 if the offender enticed the minor to engage in sexual activity that is one of the offenses described in Subsections (2) through (13). - Convicted: includes , unless otherwise specified, the period a plea is held in abeyance pursuant to a plea in abeyance agreement as defined in Section
