Terms Used In Wisconsin Statutes 178.0112
- Following: when used by way of reference to any statute section, means the section next following that in which the reference is made. See Wisconsin Statutes 990.01
- Partnership: A voluntary contract between two or more persons to pool some or all of their assets into a business, with the agreement that there will be a proportional sharing of profits and losses.
- Person: includes all partnerships, associations and bodies politic or corporate. See Wisconsin Statutes 990.01
(1) If a person required by this chapter to sign a record or deliver a record to the department for filing under this chapter does not do so, any other person that is aggrieved may petition the circuit court to order any of the following:
(a) The person to sign the record.
(b) The person to deliver the record to the department for filing.
(c) The department to file the record unsigned.
(2) If a petitioner under sub. (1) is not the partnership or foreign partnership to which the record pertains, the petitioner shall make the partnership or foreign partnership a party to the action.
(3) A record filed under sub. (1) (c) is effective without being signed.
