1. ’Renewable energy’ means:
(a) Biomass;
(b) Fuel cells;
(c) Geothermal energy;
(d) Solar energy;
(e) Waterpower; or
(f) Wind.
2. The term does not include coal, natural gas, oil, propane or any other fossil fuel or nuclear energy.
