Steven Daily, Founder and CEO

Before launching LawServer, Steve was a corporate attorney at Morgan Stanley and Discover Financial Services, where he advised on marketing, state government relations, and on numerous technology projects.

From 1989 to 1997, Steve was a commercial litigator at the mid-sized Chicago law firm, Schwartz Cooper Chtd. Steve received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1988 and his B.A. cum laude from New York University in 1985.
