Terms Used In Alaska Statutes > Title 34 > Chapter 3 > Article 8 - Retaliatory Action

  • action: includes any matter or proceeding in a court, civil or criminal. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
  • Complaint: A written statement by the plaintiff stating the wrongs allegedly committed by the defendant.
