- person: includes a corporation, company, partnership, firm, association, organization, business trust, or society, as well as a natural person. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
If more than one person who qualifies as a victim under Alaska Stat. § 12.55.185 desires notice under Alaska Stat. § 12.55.088, the prosecuting attorney shall designate one person to represent all victims for purposes of receiving the notice required and exercising the rights granted under this chapter.
