Terms Used In Alaska Statutes 13.50.170

  • person: includes a corporation, company, partnership, firm, association, organization, business trust, or society, as well as a natural person. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060

A person who knowingly violates Alaska Stat. § 13.50.110(b)(1) or (2) is guilty of a class B misdemeanor.
