Terms Used In Alaska Statutes 14.48.200

  • Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.
  • person: includes a corporation, company, partnership, firm, association, organization, business trust, or society, as well as a natural person. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060

A person who wilfully violates the provisions of Alaska Stat. § 14.48.020 or who wilfully fails or refuses to deposit with the commission the records required by Alaska Stat. § 14.48.150 is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, is punishable by a fine of not more than $1,000 or by imprisonment for not more than six months, or by both. Each day’s failure to comply is a separate violation.
