(a) Except as provided in Alaska Stat. § 15.56.014 and 15.56.016, a person commits the crime of campaign misconduct in the first degree if the person knowingly engages in conduct that violates a provision of Alaska Stat. Chapter 15.13 or a regulation adopted under authority of Alaska Stat. Chapter 15.13.
