(a) The administrator shall adopt regulations, consistent with the provisions of this chapter and with regulations adopted under Alaska Stat. § 44.64.060, governing administrative hearings conducted by the office of administrative hearings (Alaska Stat. § 44.64.010) for orders issued under Alaska Stat. § 45.55.920.
