- person: includes a corporation, company, partnership, firm, association, organization, business trust, or society, as well as a natural person. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
A person may not give seed to or exchange seed with another person under Alaska Stat. § 03.20.110 and 03.20.120 in an amount that, for each person who receives the seed, exceeds 100 pounds.
