(a) A person who engages in activity that requires a permit under Alaska Stat. § 04.09.600 – 04.09.690 without having a permit and a person who violates the terms of a permit issued under Alaska Stat. § 04.09.600 – 04.09.690 commits the offense of failure to comply with a permit requirement.

Terms Used In Alaska Statutes 04.09.700

  • person: includes a corporation, company, partnership, firm, association, organization, business trust, or society, as well as a natural person. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
(b) Except as provided in (c) of this section, failure to comply with a permit requirement is a violation.
(c) Failure to comply with a permit requirement of an inventory resale permit under Alaska Stat. § 04.09.680 or a conditional contractor’s permit under Alaska Stat. § 04.09.690 is a violation punishable by a fine of $500.
