Alaska Statutes 04.11.560 – Appeals

(a) An action of an officer, employee, or agent of the board relating to the administration or enforcement of this title may be appealed to the board by the aggrieved party.

action: includes any matter or proceeding in a court, civil or criminal. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060

(b) A decision by the board relating to the issuance, renewal, transfer, relocation, suspension, or revocation of a license under this title may be appealed to the superior court under Alaska Stat. § 44.62.560.
