- Injunction: An order of the court prohibiting (or compelling) the performance of a specific act to prevent irreparable damage or injury.
- person: includes a corporation, company, partnership, firm, association, organization, business trust, or society, as well as a natural person. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
Whenever, in the judgment of the board, a person has engaged in an act that constitutes a violation of Alaska Stat. § 08.04.500 – 08.04.610, the board may apply to the appropriate court for an order enjoining the act. Upon a showing by the board that a person has engaged in the act, the court shall grant an injunction or any other appropriate order without bond.
