A member against whom an accusation has been filed under Alaska Stat. Chapter 44.62 (Administrative Procedure Act) for violation of Alaska Stat. § 08.32.160 or Alaska Stat. § 08.36.315 is suspended from the board until the decision of the board on the accusation takes effect under Alaska Stat. § 44.62.520.
