Terms Used In Alaska Statutes 08.60.250

  • person: includes a corporation, company, partnership, firm, association, organization, business trust, or society, as well as a natural person. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060

A dealer who knowingly fails to comply with Alaska Stat. § 08.60.200 or08.60.210 or a person who knowingly makes a false entry for a record required under Alaska Stat. § 08.60.200 or 08.60.210 is guilty of a class A misdemeanor. In this section, “knowingly” has the meaning given in Alaska Stat. § 11.81.900.
