(2) adopt regulations
(A) requiring that continuing education requirements be satisfied before a license is renewed;(B) establishing a code of professional ethics that a licensee must observe;(C) establishing standards of practice for social work performed by a licensee; and(D) establishing standards for supervisors and for supervision that is required for licensure under Alaska Stat. § 08.95.110(a);(3) adopt regulations necessary to carry out the duties and purpose of this chapter.
