(a) A person commits the crime of sex trafficking in the fourth degree if the person

Terms Used In Alaska Statutes 11.66.135

  • person: includes a corporation, company, partnership, firm, association, organization, business trust, or society, as well as a natural person. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
(1) receives compensation for prostitution services rendered by another; and
(2) engages in conduct that institutes, aids, or facilitates prostitution under circumstances not proscribed under Alaska Stat. § 11.66.130(a)(2)(D).
