- board: means the state Board of Education and Early Development. See Alaska Statutes 14.60.010
The board shall adopt regulations that are necessary to carry out the provisions of this title. All regulations shall be adopted under Alaska Stat. Chapter 44.62 (Administrative Procedure Act).
