Every contractor, subcontractor, architect, builder, or other person having charge of the construction, alteration, or repair, in whole or in part, of a building or other improvement as provided in Alaska Stat. § 34.35.050 and 34.35.085, is considered to be the agent of the owner for the purposes of Alaska Stat. § 34.35.050 – 34.35.120.
