Terms Used In Alaska Statutes 44.25.045
- person: includes a corporation, company, partnership, firm, association, organization, business trust, or society, as well as a natural person. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
A person who is required to obtain the bond required by Alaska Stat. § 44.25.040 and who fails to obtain that bond is guilty of a class A misdemeanor. Each day a violation occurs constitutes a separate offense.
