- administrator: means the commissioner of commerce, community, and economic development or a designee of the commissioner. See Alaska Statutes 45.56.900
The administrator may waive or modify, in whole or in part, any or all of the requirements of Alaska Stat. § 45.56.170 and 45.56.190 or the requirement of any information or record in a registration statement or in a periodic report filed under Alaska Stat. § 45.56.190(i).
