- filing: means the receipt under this chapter of a record by the administrator or a designee of the administrator. See Alaska Statutes 45.56.900

This chapter modifies, limits, and supersedes 15 U.S.C. § 7001 – 7031 (Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act), but does not modify, limit, or supersede 15 U.S.C. § 7001 (c) or authorize electronic delivery of any of the notices described in 15 U.S.C. § 7003 (b). This chapter authorizes the filing of records and signatures, when specified by provisions of this chapter or by a regulation adopted or order issued under this chapter, in a manner consistent with State governments” class=”unlinked-ref” datatype=”S” statecd=”US” title=”15″>15 U.S.C. § 7004 (a).
