Terms Used In Alaska Statutes 47.25.985

  • person: includes a corporation, company, partnership, firm, association, organization, business trust, or society, as well as a natural person. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
(1) knowingly acquires, possesses, uses, alters, or transfers food stamp allotments in violation of Alaska Stat. § 47.25.97547.25.980 or the regulations adopted under Alaska Stat. § 47.25.980;
(2) presents food stamp allotments or causes them to be presented for payment or redemption knowing them to have been transferred, received, altered, or used in a manner violating Alaska Stat. § 47.25.97547.25.980 or the regulations adopted under Alaska Stat. § 47.25.980;
(3) knowingly acquires, uses, alters, or transfers a wage subsidy authorized under Alaska Stat. § 47.25.975(b) in violation of Alaska Stat. § 47.25.97547.25.980, Alaska Stat. § 47.27.025(e), or the regulations adopted under Alaska Stat. § 47.25.980 or Alaska Stat. § 47.27.025(e).
(b) Upon conviction a person shall be fined not more than $1,000 or imprisoned for not more than one year, or both.
