Terms Used In Delaware Code > Title 29 > Chapter 79 > Subchapter IV - Emergency Housing Fund

  • Answer: The formal written statement by a defendant responding to a civil complaint and setting forth the grounds for defense.

  • Subpoena: A command to a witness to appear and give testimony.
  • Year: means a calendar year, and is equivalent to the words "year of our Lord. See Delaware Code Title 1 Sec. 302
