The fee for this limited license shall be $300 per year, per company.
Terms Used In Delaware Code Title 18 Sec. 2006
- Limited license: means the authority of a person or entity authorized to sell certain coverages relating to the rental of vehicles pursuant to this chapter. See Delaware Code Title 18 Sec. 2002
- Year: means a calendar year, and is equivalent to the words "year of our Lord. See Delaware Code Title 1 Sec. 302
