The Commissioner may establish and from time to time amend such rules relating to risk retention groups as may be necessary or desirable to carry out the provisions of this chapter.

Terms Used In Delaware Code Title 18 Sec. 8014

  • Commissioner: means the Insurance Commissioner of Delaware or the commissioner, director or superintendent of insurance in any other state;
